UX Challenge / User Flow
The CID app helps the Foundation monitor the heritage of the Hassan II Mosque by combining on-site inspection, artificial intelligence and human expertise. The challenge is to make this monitoring simple to manage and reliable in its diagnostics, without ever taking decision-making power away from the engineer. The journey starts with a 3D view of the complex used to locate an at-risk zone, continues with the creation of an inspection mission whose field data is analyzed by AI and then validated by the engineer, and ends with a report turned, if needed, into a planned intervention. Each cycle feeds back into the dashboard and the 3D view, creating continuous heritage monitoring.

UX/UI Design
Implementation of a landing page and a client portal web app designed for insured users.
UX Challenge / User Flow
Service digitization often creates fragmented experiences where insured users struggle to view their overall coverage and anticipate next steps. The main challenge was to centralize subscribed protections intuitively while streamlining critical processes. The user journey starts with a concise overview of active coverages, continues with a personalized estimate module for coverage extensions, and ends with a digital claim submission flow including a preview of handling stages.

UX/UI Design
Definition of the user experience and unified interface design for the Manasik Al Hajj digital ecosystem, including the pilgrims' mobile app and the MOD KSA operational back office.
UX Challenge / User Flow
The Manasik Al Hajj app must balance spiritual guidance (religious direction, ritual orientation) with logistical fluidity (accommodation, transport) while giving MOD KSA operational control via the back office. The challenge is to orchestrate a transparent link between sacred resources accessible on mobile and optimized physical flows monitored in real time. The primary user journey begins with ritual personalization tools, integrates automated accommodation-transport management synced with the back office, and enables MOD managers to dynamically reallocate resources during usage peaks.

VISUAL IDENTITY
UX Challenge / User Flow
Designing a push-notification and intervention-tracking system that guarantees the reliability of each alert and instant feedback between field agents and the back office. The goal is to ensure field officers receive relevant alerts in real time, confirm case handling with one click, and immediately sync their report to the central dashboard. Agents receive a detailed push notification (zone and alert type), review a pre-filled form, confirm handling with optional photos/comments, then validate so the back office automatically sets the alert status to “In Progress”.
